Canceling Your Order: You will have 3 days from receiving the e-Mail notification that your order was accepted to cancel your order. Your order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.
Special Orders or Back Ordered Items: Some items are special ordered items: These items are not in stock due to the low sales volume of or request ot this item. Also back ordered items that are stocked may require a few weeks to refill. Both of these items require a full deposit in order to process.
Hard to find or discontinued items: Some items that may become discontinued or no longer available thru normal channels may require a search thru the members of the Hobby Shop Network to find a member who still has it in stock. These items require a full deposit. You may cancel these items a receive a full refund at any time during the search.
Free Shipping on Back Orders: Shipping is FREE on all back ordered items with the exception of International Orders where USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail is required. If you receive a partial shipment of your order all items that are shipped at a later date the shipping is free and the shipping cost in covered by the hobby shop.
Returns: The Product must be in resalable condition, unopened in its original carton, with all manuals and other materials. Product must be returned within 30 days. C.O.D. will not be accepted for returned packages they will be refused and returned to sender. Discontinued items are non-returnable. Liability for lost or damaged items belongs to the customers. The original shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for charges incurred for return shipping. You must email Customer Service for authorization before any returns will be accepted. Refunds will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the item.
Shipping Charges: The shipping charge is calculated at the time the order is placed. An adjustment to the shipping charge may take place on International Orders where USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail is required or on large boxes when Oversized Shipping was not selected at the time of the order. These charges are adjusted at the time of shipping.
